Rental Fees

• $265/night or $1600/week, plus

• 11% Mendocino Bed Tax, plus

• $125 cleaning fee, plus

• $350 security deposit.

Minimum rental is two nights; three nights during holidays.
Rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless owner can re-rent Baramulla Cottage to someone else for the same period of time. The maximum number of guests in the house is three (3). The second bedroom is suitable for a child or other family member. It is not suitable to two couples sharing the home, as access to the second bedroom is through the master bedroom.
All long distance calls must be charged to your personal telephone credit card.
