By signing and returning this application, along with payment by check or credit card, you are agreeing to abide by the following rental terms for the nights reserved at Baramulla Cottage:

No smoking in the house. Rental fees are non-refundable. There is a 3-night minimum on holidays . A security deposit in the amount of $350, payable by separate check or credit card , is required (card expiration date must be after your visit is to occur); any breakage, damage, or extraordinary cleaning expenses will be deducted from you security deposit check or charged to your credit card. If paid by check, the balance of your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure. For last-minute reservations, arrangements will be made for a key to be picked up near the house. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless owner can re-rent Baramulla Cottage to someone else for the same period of time. Keys should be left at the house upon departure. Instructions will be left at the house for check-out procedures. The maximum number of guests in the house is three (3). You agree to use extreme caution while in the hot tub, and to use this facility at your own risk.
