By signing below and returning this application, along with payment by check or credit card, you are agreeing to abide by the following rental terms and acknowledgements for the nights reserved at Bella Mare.

No smoking in the house. No pets are allowed. All long distance calls must be billed to your personal calling card. Rental fees are due in full at the time reservations are made. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless MFW Vacation Rentals can re-rent property to someone else for the same period of time. There is a 3-night minimum during high season and a 5 night minimum during high holidays. A security deposit in the amount of $500, payable by separate check or credit card, is required (card expiration date must be after your visit is to occur); any breakage, damage, or extraordinary cleaning expenses will be deducted from your security deposit. The balance of your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure. If any damages exceed your security deposit you will be billed for the additional amount of damage and agree to remit payment within 7 days. For last-minute reservations, arrangements will be made for a key to be picked up near the house. Keys should be left at the house upon departure. Instructions will be left at the house for check-out procedures. The maximum number of guests in the house ten (10) and you agree not to have more guests that are indicated on this rental agreement. You agree to use this facility at your own risk.

NOTICE TO GUESTS OF BELLA MARE
You have chosen a rental home with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. We know you will enjoy this scenic view. However, please note that the ocean and cliffs are treacherous. IT IS DANGEROUS TO WALK NEAR THE EDGE OF THE BLUFFS OR CLIMB DOWN THE CLIFFS. ENTERING THE OCEAN CAN BE HAZARDOUS. There are areas of the coastline with unstable soil. You could fall and be injured. High winds and strong waves could sweep you off the cliffs and into the ocean. The ocean is powerful and cold. Please use extreme caution around the ocean, and never turn your back when you are near it. Be particularly careful and watchful of your children.
