Rental Fees

• $275/night or $1750/week or $3250/2 weeks plus  

• 11% Mendocino Bed Tax, plus

• $125 cleaning/spa maintenance fee plus

• $350 security deposit.

Minimum rental is two nights; three nights during holidays.
Rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless owner can re-rent Cheryl's House to someone else for the same period of time. The maximum number of guests in the house is three (3). 
All long distance calls must be charged to your personal telephone credit card.
