By signing and returning this application, along with payment by check or credit card, you are agreeing to abide by the following rental terms for the nights reserved at Cheryl's House.

No smoking. No pets. Rental fees are non-refundable. There is a 3-night minimum on holidays . A security deposit in the amount of $350, payable by separate check or credit card, is required (card expiration date must be after your visit is to occur); any breakage, damage, or extraordinary cleaning expenses will be deducted from you security deposit check or charged to your credit card. If paid by check, the balance of your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure. For last-minute reservations, arrangements will be made for a key to be picked up near the house. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless owner can re-rent Cheryl's House to someone else for the same period of time. Keys should be left at the house upon departure. Instructions will be left at the house for check-out procedures. The maximum number of guests in the house is three (3). You are responsible for all long distance telephone charges and agree to make such calls only on your credit card. If long distance calls are charged to Cheryl's House during your stay, you will be billed for such calls plus a $25 processing fee.
