Rental Fees

• $375/night or $2250/week, plus

• supplemental guest fee if more than 4 people in your party (see below), plus

• 10% Mendocino Bed Tax, plus

• $150 cleaning fee (for 2 BR/2 BA upstairs) or $200 (for 4BRs/3 BA on both levels)

• $500 security deposit.

Surcharge of $100/night for 1-2 additional persons or $200/night for 3-4 additional persons applies if there are more than 4 guests in the party. The maximum number of guests in the house is 8. 

Rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in loss of rental payment, unless owner can re-rent Chez Baleine to someone else for the same period of time.
All long distance calls must be charged to your personal telephone credit card. 

Some pets permitted; please inquire.
